Are your products cruelty free?
Absolutely. We love our furry friends as much as you do so we made sure our products are not tested on animals. Our current product lines (eyeshadow palettes, blushes, and lipsticks) are also free of paraben and gluten. And guess what? The eyeshadow palettes are even vegan friendly!
What payment options do you accept?
We use Shopify Payments and take major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. You can also pay using PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, whichever comes handy for you.
We also offer Afterpay as an additional payment method at checkout. You can shop now and pay later for the order value between $100-1,000 on our site with Afterpay. This payment option is currently for customers in the US only.

Where does Mavie. ship to?
Currently if you live in one of the 50 states in the US — You order, we deliver! We also offer international shipping to Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry for the wait! International shipping to Canada is now available as of January 17, 2019. We’re working on expanding to more countries in the future so please stay tuned. We appreciate your patience :)

Can you ship to a mail forwarding service?
Yes! We can ship your orders to a mail forwarding service with a US address. However, we will not be able to replace items of any kind in those orders.
How are shipping rates calculated?
No one likes the math when it comes to shipping so we want to keep it simple for you. For domestic orders over $45, we’ll send them your way for free! For orders that don’t meet our free shipping threshold, we’ll ship them at a flat fee of $6.99 within’ the United States. Easy enough?
For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the packages. You’ll be able to find the shipping options during checkout. Please note that ALL international orders are subject to customs and import duty fees according to the country where the package is shipped to. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees associated with their orders. Customs and duty fees are NOT included in the order/shipping total paid at checkout on our website.
Why is my international order cancelled?
We apologize for the inconvenience but we require the shipping address of an international order to be the same as the billing address of the credit card used. Any international order with unmatched addresses will be cancelled and refunded unless the payment is made via PayPal. You'll receive an email notification with reasons of cancellation from us.
Do you combine shipping?
Good question! Our system may automatically combine your orders placed on the same day if they're shipping to the same address.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Only if your shipping address is in The Golden State of California.
How can I track my order?
We’re glad you asked. Simply click on the Track Your Order button in the shipping confirmation email we sent or enter the tracking number provided in the email on USPS or UPS to keep up with the package’s journey.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on www.callmemavie.com. We appreciate your understanding as we’re trying to bring high quality products to you while keeping them affordable. But we’ll gladly replace an item if it comes damaged in the package.
For international orders returned to us due to unpaid customs and/or import duty fees, all shipping costs associated with the order from and to the sender will be deducted from the refund. We’ll only issue a refund AFTER we received the returned package.
My items are damaged. What should I do?
Oh no, sorry to hear that. Please shoot us an email at email@example.com with your order number, the damaged item(s), and a few photos showing the damages within 7 days after the order was delivered. We’ll ship a replacement out to you ASAP after the claim is verified.

Did you receive my order?
Thank you for placing your order! We’ll send you an order confirmation email if it has been received successfully. Also expect to get a shipping confirmation from us once your order is on the way. When will my order ship?
Can’t wait, right? We try our best to fulfill every order so you can get playful with our products as early as possible. Usually it takes 1-5 business days for us to process your order. Once the order is on its way, feel free to track its journey on USPS or UPS.
It may take up to 21 business days for international orders to arrive. Please feel free to contact us if you did not receive your package AFTER 21 business days have passed and we’d be more than happy to assist you.
What should I do if a product is out of stock?
Yikes! Apologies that we sell out! You can sign up on the product page to be notified once it’s back in stock. In the meantime, we’re on it!
